Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader engagement, field-based marketing, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to synthesize insights and communicate them clearly.
• Experience coordinating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Congress teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Dermatology.
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and education.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Lead advisory boards, speaker initiatives, and congress planning activities.
• Coordinate engagement activities for congresses and external events.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams.
