Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience in KOL engagement, thought leader marketing, or field-based strategy roles (TLL, MSL, Marketing).
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while executing with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Executive presence and credibility with top-tier clinicians.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel 60–70%.
• Must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate KOL engagements and programs aligned with cross-functional plans.
• Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term KOL relationships.
• Lead on-label discussions about product and disease states at appropriate venues.
• Plan and execute KOL programming including education for fellowships.
• Serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues.
• Coordinate executive encounters at conferences and events.
• Collaborate with marketing to gather KOL feedback on strategies and materials.
• Manage speaker logistics and advisory board participation.
