Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a strategic Thought Leader Liaison to identify, engage, and partner with KOLs in dermatology. This field-based role connects external experts with internal teams to shape education, clinical insights, and brand strategy, while ensuring compliant, value-driven engagement across venues and congresses.

The TLL will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to translate field insights into actionable plans, travel 60-70% and operate within assigned dermatology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of pharma/biotech experience
KOL engagement, thought leader marketing, or field-based strategy experience
Executive presence with clinicians
Valid driver's license required, travel 60-70%
Must reside within assigned territory

Responsibilities

Engage and manage KOLs in dermatology and related fields
Design and execute KOL programming and disease state education
Serve as liaison between KOLs and internal cross-functional teams
Coordinate executive encounters at conferences and meetings
Provide feedback on brand strategies and materials from KOL insights
Manage speaker logistics and advisory board recommendations
