Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to engage Allergist KOLs and coordinate cross-functional resources. This field-based, non-sales role focuses on on-label discussions, executive encounters, and ensuring compliant marketing support.

You will work with US KOLs, SBDs, ABMs, and home-office teams, travel up to 60-80%, reporting to the Head, Dupilumab Allergy Stakeholder Lead, contributing to advancing patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of work experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical in pharma.
• Respiratory, allergy, asthma, immunology, or biologic marketplace experience required.

Responsibilities

• Align cross-functional account plans and resources with top KOLs.
• Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long-term KOL relationships in Respiratory.
• Conduct on-label conversations on product, disease state, and company at appropriate venues.
• Execute on-label KOL programming and executive encounters as directed by leadership.
• Collaborate with field commercial teams to ensure cohesive KOL engagement.
• Coordinate KOL executive encounters and speaker logistics across events.
• Liaise between KOLs and home office cross-functional teams.
• Assist in feedback collection on marketing strategies/materials from KOLs.
