Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to drive the launch and growth of ADQUEY by engaging dermatology KOLs, societies, and advocacy groups, and by informing marketing strategies with strategic insights.

As an individual contributor, you will manage a defined geographic region, partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, and develop regional KOL engagement plans while ensuring all interactions stay within label

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in business, science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
• 4+ years of dermatology with established relationships with dermatology KOLs.
• Previous Thought Leader or Regional Marketing experience.
• Ability to travel overnight and up to 70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain regional and national KOL relationships.
• Develop and execute customized engagement plans to strengthen advocacy and support key business objectives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external thought leaders and speakers in the assigned geography.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and compliant engagement strategy.
• Support development, recruitment, onboarding, and training of speaker bureau faculty.
• Coordinate engagements at local, regional, and national congresses and advisory boards.
• Collaborate on advisory board strategy, content, and objectives.
• Share field intelligence and insights with brand teams and senior leadership.
