Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive product awareness and utilization within a dermatology-focused US territory. You will build relationships with physicians, other healthcare professionals, staff, and internal teams to achieve sales goals in a compliant, ethical manner.

Responsibilities include strategic account planning, delivering clinically relevant information, leveraging local market knowledge, and collaborating with field-based colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-driven sales (dermatology/medical devices/pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance in current role.
• Strong customer service orientation and urgency.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant discourse.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to exceed product goals with clinically relevant information.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand demand.
• Navigate a changing healthcare environment to gain access to customers.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office through patient-focused dialogue.
• Build relationships and maintain a dermatology community presence.
• Represent Organon ethically and professionally at all times.
