Expect extensive travel and a focus on building physician relationships in the Philadelphia region. You will manage customer accounts, deliver product training, drive volume, and work with cross-functional teams to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 0-2 years sales/marketing experience in pharma/healthcare or medical devices.
• Salary range $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation commensurate with experience.
• Must live within the specified territory.
• Demonstrated ability to learn therapeautic indications and product science.
• Willingness to travel up to 6 hours driving and air travel as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a buy-and-bill prescription product and device in dermatology.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and clinics.
• Meet defined volume goals and drive product usage in territory.
• Travel 80% within the territory with overnight visits.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and installations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounts.
• Complete administrative duties and business reporting.
