Job summary

Organon & Co. in New York seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive product awareness and utilization, reporting to the District Business Manager.

You will build relationships with physicians, staff, and colleagues within a defined territory, aiming to exceed sales initiatives in dermatology products across Lower Manhattan. The role requires at least two years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and a strong track record of performance, urgency, and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a quota-driven role (dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Utilize marketplace knowledge and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment with strategic thinking to gain access to customers.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs proactively.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop relationships and maintain a presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
