Job summary

Phothera Phototherapy is seeking a Dermatology Sales Specialist to launch and grow the South Florida territory. You will establish relationships with dermatology providers, educate practices on home phototherapy, and drive prescription growth across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding markets.

The role requires clinical credibility, autonomous fieldwork, and success in opening new accounts while expanding adoption of Phothera’s home phototherapy platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current or recent medical dermatology sales experience.
• Current or recent experience calling on medical dermatologists.
• Demonstrated success driving prescription growth, provider adoption, territory expansion, or market share growth.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout South Florida and manage a large geographic territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and Grow the Territory by planning and prioritizing accounts and routes.
• Drive Clinical Education and Provider Adoption for home phototherapy among dermatology providers.
• Build Relationships Across the Practice with physicians, nurses, and staff to facilitate adoption.
• Generate New Business by opening new prescriber relationships and expanding usage.
• Own the Territory with autonomy over planning, execution, and forecasting.
