Acrotech Biopharma inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the San Francisco region to drive adoption of dermatology products, including ADQUEY, with a strong focus on compliant, high‑value scientific engagement.

You will build relationships with dermatology practices and support optimized patient access while meeting performance metrics. The role requires 2+ years pharma/sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Promote Acrotech’s dermatology products to HCPs within assigned geography.
• Drive prescribing and adoption by delivering compliant, evidence‑based messaging.
• Meet or exceed quarterly field execution metrics and HCP targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand prescribing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on growth strategies.
• Represent the company professionally with strong ethics and compliance.
