Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is building a new Dermatology Business Unit to launch ADQUEY! and is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption and growth across the San Diego geography.

You will promote dermatology products to HCPs, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives while staying compliant and patient‑focused. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, especially in dermatology or immunology, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and expand awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization of Acrotech’s products within approved patient populations through high‑impact, face‑to‑face engagement with assigned HCPs.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
• Meet or exceed assigned field execution metrics (Calls per day, HCP targets, reach %, frequency).
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to expand HCP prescribing.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on growth strategies and address customer needs.
• Develop product knowledge and market access to support appropriate use and confidence.
• Plan and execute territory- and national-level promotional programs that grow the portfolio.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through account management, marketing support, and reimbursement navigation.
