Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a District Business Manager for Dermatology to lead a team of Sales Representatives in an assigned district, starting with hiring and development to achieve sales goals. You will report to the Regional Director, Dermatology and drive strategy, coaching, and performance reviews.

The role requires 7+ years pharma/biopharma experience with 3+ years in sales leadership, plus strong payer knowledge and physician relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales objectives in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Meet or exceed district sales goals for designated products via direct management of sales representatives; provide regular performance updates to sales directors.
• Lead recruitment, training and coaching of Sales Representatives; develop career plans.
• Analyze sales data, performance, and trends to formulate strategies to create demand and revenue.
• Plan and conduct district sales meetings; perform routine evaluations; coordinate company-sponsored events.
• Serve as liaison between district, field sales management, and other departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key HCPs.
• Monitor district expenditures to meet budget requirements.
