Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based dermatology-focused sales professional in the United States to educate healthcare providers and optimize opportunities in dermatology clinics, hospitals, and physician offices.

You will lead clinical selling, onboarding education, and peer-to-peer sessions, build relationships with decision makers, and execute brand strategies while managing territory resources and travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Dermatology calling on dermatologists preferred.
• Business/strategic planning skills; managed care understanding.
• Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong collaboration/team skills.
• Must reside within or near assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate on onboarding to support accounts.
• Conduct clinical selling and advance customers through brand education.
• Assist initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Arrange peer-to-peer education opportunities for HCPs.
• Manage accounts in dermatology practices, clinics, and physician offices.
• Hit territory sales goals and implement brand strategy in segments.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision makers to support safe product use.
• Deliver targeted sales messages with approved clinical information and materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies and engage customers.
• Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and groups.
• Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay updated on disease states and treatments.
• Strategically manage resources like budgets and medical affairs.
