Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking an outpatient Medical Assistant to support the dermatologist during patient visits. You will room patients, document vitals, and assist with procedures, ensuring a smooth and compassionate visit for clients and staff.

The role requires basic medical office experience and strong teamwork. Growth opportunities exist in a busy dermatology setting with a supportive team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Post-high school education in medical support field (CMA/LPN/RN often preferred).
1+ years of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Rooming patients and documenting vital information.
Scribing for the dermatologist.
Provide post-op wound care to patients.
Draw blood and suture removal.
Clean and stock exam rooms.
Schedule patient appointments.
Assist the dermatologist with procedures such as biopsies, excisions, electrodessication, I&D, Mohs surgery, phototherapy, injections, tzank/patch tests.
