Responsibilities

• Facilitating the efficient and timely entry of the patient to the office setting.
• Greeting patients in a professional manner.
• Distributing literature and forms and ensuring accuracy.
• Copying insurance IDs and licenses and other front-office tasks.
• Support front office administrators and the Office Manager.
• Pulling and filing patient records and coordinating scheduling.
