Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of management/supervisory experience in a medical office.
• Dermatology experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high quality patient care.
• Lead and support office staff, including Front Desk and Medical Assistants.
• Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Implement policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and practice resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet targets for patient experience and revenue.
• Provide coverage of front desk/MA duties as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new staff.
