Job summary

Qualifications

• Education as listed: high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a medical office environment; cosmetic or hospitality background considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure accurate check-in/out, insurance verification, and payments.
• Maintain knowledge of contracted insurance plans and Medicare rules.
• Monitor front office workflow and staff allocations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and representatives.
