Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an established physician-owned dermatology practice in Arkansas. This full-time, outpatient role offers independence and close mentorship with a Mohs surgeon.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures at a multi-site clinic, with a focus on autonomous patient management and meticulous EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Formal dermatology training under a Board Certified Dermatologist (ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows when supervisor is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis and medical treatment at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings and patient preventive education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical documentation in the practice EMR.
• Partner with dedicated clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and experiences.
