Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff a second outpatient clinic in Arkansas. The NP will conduct skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care under the mentorship of a Mohs surgeon.

The role emphasizes independent management of outpatient volume, accurate EMR documentation, and collaboration with a supervising physician for complex cases. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Formal training under board-certified dermatologist (MD/DO with dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows with off-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin exams, cancer screenings, and preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume and collaborate with supervising physician as needed.
