Job summary

RNInk, a physician-owned dermatology practice in Arkansas, seeks a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for its expanding second outpatient clinic. The role features independent outpatient care, skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures with mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon.

Qualifications include active Arkansas NP license, dermatology residency training, and 1–2 years of dermatology experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas NP license
• Board Certified Dermatologist supervision training (ACGME dermatology residency)
• 1–2 years dermatology practice experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions)
• Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventive education
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with supervising physician for complex cases
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality experiences
