Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for a busy Arkansas dermatology practice. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and treat a broad range of skin conditions, perform common dermatologic procedures, and conduct full-body cancer screenings in a multi-site, outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Arkansas NP license, have 1–2 years of dermatology experience, and be able to work independently with remote supervision when needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist in an ACGME dermatology residency.
• 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the designated second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed for complex cases.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the practice EMR.
• Partner with dedicated clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
