Epiphany Dermatology invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program with didactic and clinical education led by our Physicians and Medical Market Directors.

Training is conducted in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with a competitive salary of $60,000 during training and a sign-on bonus, housing stipend, and reimbursement for eligible travel and educational expenses.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to assigned clinic after program.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment term after program completion.
• Passionate about dermatology and long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive training with didactic and clinical education.
• Engage in daily clinical rotations and hands-on practice in dermatology.
• Utilize provided study resources and milestone assessments during training.
• Secure guaranteed post-training placement at a mutually agreed clinic.
