Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon, Illinois. You will design the clinical setup, protocols, and workflows to deliver premier outpatient dermatology care in a growth-focused environment.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, establish surgical and medical dermatology programs, and collaborate with regional providers to expand access and maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from US medical school or equivalent
ACGME‑accredited Dermatology residency completed
Fellowship in Mohs preferred
Active Illinois license or eligibility
Active DEA and CSR licenses

Responsibilities

Lead operational setup of new Dermatology & Mohs service line
Provide outpatient evaluation and surgical management for skin cancers
Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures after facility readiness
Establish clinical protocols and procure equipment
Develop referral networks with local physicians and specialists
Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care and safety standards
