Job summary

Takeda is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison for the US Northwest region (OR included) to analyze, interpret, and disseminate scientific data to key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. You will translate insights to advance medical strategy and improve patient outcomes, reporting to the Director, MSL.

In this role, you will travel up to 70% to build relationships, support Takeda-sponsored studies, and ensure compliant communication of complex data.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years of MSL experience in healthcare or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise ~80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plan.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Takeda disease areas and products; interpret complex data for KOLs/HCPs in a compliant manner.
• Support sponsored research and facilitate investigator-initiated studies as needed.
• Capture medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to refine medical strategies.
