Job summary

Takeda is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison for the US Therapeutic Area medical unit. You will build relationships with KOLs/HCPs, translate complex data, and support medically grounded collaborations to advance Takeda's strategy and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
• Dissemination of complex scientific data to healthcare audiences.
• Relevant therapeutic area knowledge and expertise.
• Clinical, research, or teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities expected to comprise ≥80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Analyze and disseminate Takeda disease areas and product data to KOLs/HCPs compliantly.
• Support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies.
• Capture medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to inform medical strategies.
• Identify partnership opportunities between KOLs/HCPs and Takeda US Medical.
• Participate in medical strategy at conferences and communicate insights from poster sessions.
• Complete CRM entries, insights capture, and administrative responsibilities on time.
