Job summary

Organon & Co. seeks a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role engages with Healthcare Professionals, develops study investigators, and delivers data presentations regionally and nationally.

Travel up to 50% locally, regionally, and nationally to support scientific exchange and medical information activities. The position requires a PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent, with 5 years of clinical or industry experience, and dermatology

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50% when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), organizations and stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products with HCPs and researchers.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research including investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for internal colleagues regarding products.
• Provide scientific expertise and support for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings to drive awareness and gather real-world insights.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests adhering to policies.
