Job summary

Organon seeks a Field Medical Director to lead scientific exchange and provide medical and scientific support for dermatology programs. This field-based role engages Healthcare Professionals, investigators, and key stakeholders to share balanced data and advance clinical understanding.

The position requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to travel up to 50%, and collaboration with Medical, Commercial and Clinical Development teams to implement scientific plans and respond

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct scientific dialogue with HCPs and investigators.
• Develop and implement scientific communication plans and research collaborations.
• Support speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
• Represent Organon at national/regional medical meetings and assist Medical Information activities.
