Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Dermatology to engage with healthcare decision-makers and support scientific exchange. The role covers the Great Lakes region (Detroit, Cleveland) and requires significant travel to maintain relationships with KOLs and investigators.

You will provide medical support at advisory boards, develop territory plans, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to advance research and evidence generation.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a relevant field with strong clinical experience.
• Prior Field Medical, Medical Affairs, or Clinical R&D experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dermatology or Immunology and clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical resource for Medical Affairs.
• Plan, engage, and build relationships with academic and KOL investigators.
• Understand territory healthcare systems, patient care pathways, and treatment protocols.
• Provide educational and technical information and respond to inquiries.
• Support advisory boards and document field-generated insights.
• Identify investigators for LEO-sponsored research and manage congress attendance.
• Deliver cross-functional training on scientific topics as requested.
• Maintain expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
