Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. The role is field-based, engaging with Healthcare Professionals and stakeholders to share balanced data and differentiate Organon’s products.

Qualifications

• ~5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and to drive scientific engagement goals.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and ability to translate scientific material credibly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, payers and other stakeholders.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products.
• Develop and implement scientific communication plans and facilitate investigator-initiated studies.
