Addison Group is hiring a Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist for a growing specialty physician practice in Centennial, CO. The role covers full-cycle medical billing, including claim submission, insurance follow-up, denials, collections, and posting payments.

The ideal candidate will understand payer guidelines, CPT codes, modifiers, and reimbursement processes. We seek an experienced professional who owns accounts, investigates issues thoroughly, and resolves claims efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle medical billing or Revenue Cycle experience.
• Experience in dermatology or specialty physician practice billing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPT codes, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
• Experience with high-volume billing and collections workloads.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and submit medical claims and perform insurance AR follow-up.
• Review denials, investigate issues, and resolve complex claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements in revenue cycle.
• Collaborate with team to maintain productivity and quality standards.
