Qualifications

• Customer service skills or a patient-centered mindset.
• Previous dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable with insurance carriers (i.e., Medicare, commercial, HMO).

Responsibilities

• Preparing exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Reviewing patient history and completing notes in EMA.
• Assisting with scheduling of patient's tests and treatments.
• Assisting dermatology providers during procedures.
• Providing support to the front desk by answering phones and scheduling patients.
