Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school (or verifiable applicable work experience in a patient care setting) required
• Maintains current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certification and Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body

Responsabilidades

• Performs patient care under the direction and supervision of the physician or APP in an ambulatory care setting.
• Scribing for the provider
• Assist patients and families with preparation for examination
• Assists the physician or APP during examination and procedures
• Documents, treatments, procedures, and patient education according to Orlando Health policies
