Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Medical Assistant certification preferred unless otherwise required by state law.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document intake information in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
• Prepare procedure trays and assist providers with dermatology procedures.
• Prepare and route pathology/lab specimens according to insurance requirements.
• Document patient information and scribe provider notes in the EMR.
