Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification or completion of an accredited program preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
• Dermatology experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document intake information in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
• Prepare procedure trays, instruments, and equipment and assist providers with dermatology procedures.
• Prepare and route pathology/lab specimens according to insurance requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards.
