Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR software (EClinicalWorks, EMA or similar).
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to patient comfort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
- Review patient history, visit reason, medications, and procedures; document in EMA.
- Assist with scheduling tests and treatments and with procedures (Mohs, excisions).
- Support front desk tasks: phones, scheduling, and coordinating with reception.
- Manage autoclave and record-keeping, medication expiration checks, and pathology logs.
- Process prescription refills and obtain necessary authorizations.
