Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Gap Year program at our Overland Park location. You will work closely with board-certified dermatologists, supporting patient care, taking visit notes, and assisting with procedures in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates seeking clinical exposure for medical, PA, or NP school, with a strong work ethic and compassionate approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Bachelor’s Degree (and awaiting acceptance to PA, NP, or medical school).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent patient experience by welcoming patients and preparing them for visits, and answering care-related questions.
• Assist during procedures and capture detailed visit notes to support clinicians.
• Manage supplies and equipment, maintain exam room flow, and help improve efficiency in the clinic.
• Be a reliable teammate, help organize the workspace, and contribute to a positive environment.
• Support patient care and administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
