Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support dermatology clinics across multiple locations. You will escort patients, document histories, assist providers during procedures, and help with labs and follow-up scheduling.

The role requires a High School Diploma and Medical Assistant training; Dermatology/cosmetic experience is preferred. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced clinic and maintain professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant training required.
• Certification as CMA/CPCT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examination.
• Enter patient medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Assist physician/provider and scribe notes in medical record.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare and collect specimens, notify patients of results, schedule follow‑ups.
• Daily cleaning, organization of exam rooms, and stocking supplies.
• Laboratory maintenance and instrument cleaning/autoclaving.
• Other back-office duties as assigned.
