Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners invites a Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced dermatology clinics. You will escort patients, document histories, and assist physicians during procedures, while maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and coordinating follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of medical office experience and a passion for compassionate patient care in a cosmetic/dermatology setting. Certification is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• Prior dermatology/cosmetic experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations.
• Enter medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Assist physician in room and scribing notes in the medical record.
• Prepare biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies; assist with labs and follow-up scheduling.
