Platinum Dermatology Partners in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in a fast-paced dermatology practice. You will escort patients, document histories, and assist with biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a medical office, a high school diploma or GED, and training as a Medical Assistant; CMA is a plus. Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• High school diploma or GED required; CMA preferred but not required.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients and prep for examinations.
• Document medical histories and current medications.
• Assist physician in room and scribe notes.
• Prepare biopsy/cosmetic procedures, lab specimens, and follow-ups.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
