This full-time role supports clinical staff by greeting patients, preparing examinations, and assisting with procedures while following HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, certification as a Medical Assistant, and 1–3 years of experience; bilingual English preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant required; recredentialing every two years.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to examination rooms.
• Interview patients to verify demographics and medical history.
• Prepare patients for examinations or procedures.
• Record examinations, document plans, and complete coding.
• Administer injections and wound care as needed.
