Job summary

• Ability to document patient histories accurately and clearly.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support providers.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the visit.
• Enter patient histories and current medications into the medical record.
• Assist physician with room setup, biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare and collect lab specimens; notify patients of results and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and assist with back-office duties.
• Operate standard office equipment and support EMR documentation.
