Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners in Summerlin (Las Vegas) seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to support physicians and providers in a fast-paced dermatology clinic. You will enter patient histories, scribe notes, assist with biopsies and cosmetic procedures, and help prepare rooms and specimens.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Medical Assistant training, and 2–3 years in a medical office. Dermatology experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant training required.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations.
• Enter complete medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Assist Physician/Provider by scribing notes in the medical record.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
