Job summary

Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care in the Ellicott City/Columbia area is hiring a Medical Assistant to support dermatologists and a Mohs surgeon, assisting with medical dermatology, cosmetic and surgery appointments.

The role includes scribing for providers, answering patient questions with guidance, and handling administrative follow-ups. Experience in a medical office is required; dermatology experience preferred; high-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
• Experience working in a medical office setting is required.
• Dermatology experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable.

Job Type:

• Full-time: Must be able to work shifts between 7:30am - 5:30pm

• Experience working in a medical office setting is required.
• Dermatology experience is preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma (Required)

Licenses/Certifications:

• Medical Assisting Certification (Preferred)
