Job summary

Dermatology and Advanced Skin Care in Columbia, MD seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support dermatologists and a Mohs surgeon, assisting with medical dermatology, cosmetic and surgical appointments.

As a team member, you will scrib e for providers, answer patient questions with guidance, handle administrative inquiries, and help with other duties as assigned; reliability and the ability to stay busy are essential.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
• Must like to juggle or multi-task; this is a busy office so you have to like to keep busy.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable.

Job Type

• Full-time: Must be able to work shifts between 7:30am – 5:30pm

Experience

• Experience working in a medical office setting is required.
• Dermatology experience is preferred

Education

• High School Diploma (Required)

Licenses/Certifications

• Medical Assisting Certification (Preferred)
