Job summary

You will deliver evidence-based clinical discussions, navigate access and reimbursement, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to ensure therapy uptake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets with strong sales results.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver evidence-based discussions on disease state, guidelines, efficacy, safety, and management.
• Navigate access and reimbursement environments with Market Access and Patient Services teams.
• Provide field insights and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success.
