Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient and timely entry of patients into the office.
• Greet patients professionally.
• Distribute literature and forms, verify accuracy and completeness.
• Copy insurance IDs and drivers licenses; perform general office tasks.
• Support front office administrators and Office Manager.
• Pull and file patient records; handle calls and scheduling; assist with new patient chart setup.
