North Idaho Dermatology Inc. in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a friendly Registration Coordinator to join our front office team. This full-time role supports patients from check-in to check-out, verifies demographics and insurance, obtains co-pays, and schedules appointments.

Hours are typically 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Check-in/check-out patients and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally; redirect calls as needed.
• Collect co-payments from patients as required.
• Assist with insurance verification for new and existing patients.
• Schedule appointments and make reminder calls.
• Maintain an accurate end-of-day cash balance.
