Job summary

North Idaho Dermatology in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a Dermatology Technician (Desk) to join our nursing team. No experience required—we provide training through the Association of Certified Dermatology Technicians—and the role focuses on triage-type support at a desk with strong attention to detail. Hours typically run from 7:30 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage and 401(k) matching up to 4%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patients with instructions and educational materials related to skin type or condition.
• Delivers after-care instructions for procedures and treatments.
• Documents patient interactions thoroughly in the EMR system.
• Assists provider and triages patient needs in a desk-based role.
• Performs general office duties and supports multiple departments as needed.
