You will check in patients for multiple providers, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays and deposits, and navigate several computer programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment.
• HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment with duties including checking in patients, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deposits, and using multiple computer programs.
• Excellent customer service skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
