Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Per Diem Patient Coordinator at the Brighton office. The role handles front office tasks, supports patients, providers and staff, and requires healthcare experience.

You will manage calls, scheduling, and online leads, while upholding a professional patient experience and assisting with inventory and training. Availability is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, within 7am–7:30pm hours.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all front office duties for the Brighton office and support patients, providers and staff.
• Proficiently manage incoming calls, scheduling tasks and online leads with a positive caller experience.
• Maintain provider-to-patient flow awareness and stock supplies as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continuing education opportunities.
